HOW DOES YOUR BASIC SERVICE WORK?

We are an ‘accept & recycle all’ company that strives to make bulk device recycling simple while providing a good financial return for all shipments AND pay for all shipping. We offer a simple three step process to recycle 10 to 10,000 devices:

Ship your smartphones, cell phones & tablets for free.
We sort, diagnostic test, assign a valuation based on our current pricing, and issue a check within 10 business days.

DO YOU OFFER ANY UPGRADED RECYCLING SERVICES?

Yes. We offer a Corporate Price Quote program, which includes a 30 day firm price quote, serialized IMEI diagnostic reports, client approval hold, and DOD-Level data erasure. Our Price Quote program is for corporate and government shipments of 25 or more devices. Click here to learn more.

HOW MUCH DOES SMARTPHONERECYCLING.COM PAY PER DEVICE?

Click here to view our current pricing. We pay top dollar for fully functional smartphones & tablets, great prices for damaged & locked devices, and pay for all cell phones. We pay a minimum of $.10 for all devices, regardless of age or condition.

DOES SMARTPHONERECYCLING.COM ACCEPT ACTIVATION LOCKED DEVICES?

Yes. We accept all activation locked devices, including iCloud locked (Find my iPhone), Google locked, DEP locked, MDM locked, and more. We pay the ‘damaged condition’ price listed on our pricing page. Click here to view our current pricing.

WHAT IS THE ‘DONATION’ OPTION TO SUPPORT OUR TROOPS?

If you prefer to donate the proceeds of your phone shipment, we offer a great option that helps support U.S. Troops. Devices We Accept / Devices We Do Not Accept

WHAT DEVICES DO WE ACCEPT?

We accept smartphones, cell phones & tablets, including iPhones & iPads. This has been our exclusive focus for over two decades.

WHAT DEVICES DO WE NOT ACCEPT?

We do not accept computers, laptops, inkjets, toners, modems, GPS devices, hotspots, jetpacks, home phones, cordless house phones, IP phones, gaming devices, or digital cameras. Additionally, we do not accept chargers, wires, earbuds, or manuals. Most county disposal/trash facilities will accept the charger and accessories that we do not accept.

Shipping & Processing Devices

WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING?

SmartphoneRecycling.com pays for all shipping costs. You can print FedEx Free Shipping labels online or request a Recycling Kit, which includes FedEx prepaid labels.

ARE ALL DEVICES PROCESSED THROUGH A ZERO LANDFILL SYSTEM?

Yes. GRC Wireless | SmartphoneRecycling.com (EPA ID# FLR000249425) processes all devices through our environmentally responsible zero landfill recycling system. Click here to learn more.

DO YOU PROVIDE SHIPPING BOXES?

No. We do not provide new collection boxes for as we actively encourage the re-use of boxes for shipping. This is an important component of our sustainability directive. We suggest that you use any appropriately sized sturdy cardboard box with strong packing tape.

Payment & Information

HOW AND WHEN IS PAYMENT ISSUED?

SmartphoneRecycling.com pays via check. We will mail a check within 2-3 weeks of processing & finalizing your shipment. You are always welcome to e-mail us at info@grcwireless.com to check the status of your shipment.

DO I RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF RECYCLING WITH PAYMENT?

Yes. SmartphoneRecycling.com will include a detailed Certificate of Recycling with your check. The report will include model, quantity, price per phone, and total amount paid.
